Launchpad Outreach Counseling

The LOC program offers free counseling services to those without the typical means to pay for services.  LaunchPad Foundation in conjunction with Phoenix Associates has provided hundreds of hours of professional mental health services at no cost to over 36 families.

These services are identical to services provided to clients with insurance or a means of payment.  These counseling services have helped adults, children and families suffering with abuse, addiction and mental illness.



Launchpad Outreach Counseling Addictions Treatment and Education

The LOCATE program provides trainings to other social service, criminal justice and education agencies on a variety of topics: including substance abuse, child sexual abuse, child safety and prevention and healthy choices.

We’ve conducted trainings for: Indiana Probation Officers, Fort Wayne Police Department, Adams County Police Department, Bishop Luers, East Allen County Schools, Mental Health America and Youth Service Center. These trainings provide needed support to social service agencies and allow for professional networking and program development.
